Frequently Asked Questions

To purchase a car from us, follow these steps:

  1. Browse our listings and select the vehicle you’re interested in.
  2. Request more information and a final quotation, including the freight cost to your local port.
  3. We will then issue an invoice for your purchase.
  4. Once you’ve paid the invoice, we’ll provide you with booking details, including the estimated time of departure and arrival at your destination port.

The cost of ocean freight depends on various factors, including the vehicle’s dimensions, shipping method (e.g., RORO vessel, Container vessel), and the carrier. The prices listed on our website are FOB (Free On Board) and do not include the freight cost to your destination port. For an exact quotation (CFR or CIF), please get in touch with us.

Most of our cars come with a clean title, but for precise details, refer to the specific listing. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us for further assistance.

Import regulations vary from country to country. Please note that we do not currently offer customs clearance services at any destination. It’s your responsibility to confirm the import regulations and obtain all necessary governmental approvals and permits before purchasing a car.

In most cases, Roll-On/Roll-Off (RoRo) shipping is the most cost-effective and efficient method. However, if security is a top priority, container shipping may be a better choice. If you’re shipping multiple cars to the same destination at the same time, a container can also be a practical option.

Approximately 99% of the cars we ship have clean titles, and all necessary taxes have been paid before shipping. This simplifies the shipping process and helps avoid any manufacturer or dealership restrictions.

Once your vehicle is shipped, we will provide you with a Bill of Lading (B/L) that includes our information as the exporter and your information as the consignee/importer. The B/L also displays the carrier’s name and container number. You can use this information to track the shipment on the carrier’s website.
